Recruitment season is one of the most exciting times of the year for the Kappa Beta Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. It's when we get the chance to meet incredible women who could become a meaningful part of our sisterhood. At Texas Tech, we participate in Fall Formal Recruitment which is four rounds including, Open House, Philanthropy, Sisterhood, and Preference. We also participate in Continuous Open Bidding (COB) during the academic year and Spring Recruitment at the beginning of the Spring semester, all through the Texas Tech Panhellenic Council.

Our recruitment experience is designed to be relaxed and genuine. We want to get to know you- your passions, your goals, your values, and what makes you feel at home. Throughout the process, you'll learn about our chapter’s involvement on campus, the causes we support through The Kindly Hearts Initiative and Upbring, our leadership opportunities, and most importantly, the lifelong bonds of sisterhood we’ve built.
